Hosting a sip and paint party can be an incredibly fun and engaging experience. You offer a unique opportunity for guests to relax, socialize, and tap into their creativity while creating lasting memories—all in a fun and inviting environment!

THE WINEY BRUSH PROVIDES

• A 1.5- 2.5-hour sip and paint party set up which includes a fun and talented art instructor to guide you and your guests step by step to recreate the featured painting,

• All art supplies (11X14 canvas, table-easels, acrylic paints, aprons, brushes, water cups) for each participant,

• Table covers,

• Party set-up and cleanup. Please be aware that set-up will range from 1-1.5 hours typically depending on the size of your group. Clean-up is usually 45 minutes to 1 hour.

HOST PROVIDES

• Provide the location and appropriate amount of space to accommodate the number of guests you anticipate for your event.

• Ensure final payment is received by you or your guests no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled date.

• Tables and chairs for your guests to paint (we use table easels). Each painter needs a minimum of 2 feet of space.

• Ensure location is available at least 1 hour prior to the start time of your mobile party experience to complete set up / prep activities and 1 hour after for clean up.

• Inform guests of the importance of being timely for the scheduled start time of their creative experience.

Optional however encouraged, for your guests:

• Provide guests with food and beverage options.

• Paper goods and silverware or plastic-ware, cups, bottle openers, etc. for food and beverage.​

ALCOHOL & FOOD POLICY

• For events hosted at off-site locations owned/maintained by the PATRON, the PATRON is responsible for obtaining permission from the location.

• For events at bars and restaurants, all alcohol and food MUST be purchased from the venue. Birthday cakes are a possible exception (but check first!).

• The PATRON assumes all liability for the consumption of alcohol, and no open containers will leave the premises.

• No underage drinking is allowed. Underage drinking is grounds for immediate cancellation of the event, with no refund.

BYOB ALCOHOL POLICY

NO UNDERAGED DRINKING! The PATRON agrees that they are 21 years of age or older and will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. The PATRON releases and waives any and all claims or action that may arise against The Winey Brush, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after your session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By registering for this class you agree to these terms and conditions.

PHOTOS and VIDEOS

The Winey Brush takes photos and videos of all sessions and its participants for use on social media, to share with participants, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

By paying for our services, you are acknowledging your awareness of this and granting permission for photos/videos to be taken during your event to be used for the noted purposes.

​​DAMAGES

The PATRON assumes full responsibility for any damages to the location, equipment, patrons, or The Winey Brush personnel due to negligence, including such caused by any vendor contracted by the PATRON to be on the premises (caterer, DJ, etc.).

The Winey Brush is not responsible for any damage to clothing , furniture, the selected painting area and surroundings by contact with paint or any other art materials used during the event.

The booking contact assumes all responsibility of any damages caused by contact with paint or any other art materials used. Patron also assumes responsibility for any materials of The Winey Brush damaged by party guests. Replacement fees for damage to company materials will be charged to the booking contact.
